About

I’m a wanna-be artist with a latent need to be self expressive. My field of study in college was the fine arts with emphasis on drawing and painting. It’s been a very long time since I’ve done any artwork. Unfortunately I let “life” get in the way and I lost focus on that part of me. I’m trying to get it back.

I guess that’s a huge reason why I started this blog. Trying to get back to my creative mind isn’t instantaneous as it was when I was young and vigorous. But it’s a way to jog the brain back into shape, and a forum to kick-start creativity.

I’m not a writer and I don’t aspire to be one — it’s just something at which I’d like to be better. My plan is to post twice a month. I’m not even sure about what I’ll be writing, but that doesn’t matter as long as I do it. The long-term rewards will be better writing skills, discipline, enhanced creativity and a sense of accomplishment.

I guess I’ll explain the name of the blog. It pretty much sums up why I’ve created it. Solving4x (Solving For X). I represent the X.
